- Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and handling customer complaints with diplomacy and courtesy.
- Managing inventory, estimating food and beverage costs, and purchasing supplies.
- Conducting inspections of the restaurant and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining sales records, tracking cash receipts, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
