Position Overview: We are seeking a Leasing Associate to support our growing leasing team. This role is critical in driving leasing activity, engaging with prospective residents, and ensuring a seamless leasing process from initial outreach to lease execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for aviation and real estate.
Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential tenants, conduct direct outreach, and manage inbound leasing inquiries.
· Pipeline Management: Track leads through Sky Harbour’s leasing funnel using HubSpot CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and progress.
· Tour Coordination: Schedule and conduct tours of Sky Harbour facilities, effectively communicating the benefits of our premium hangar space.
· Lease Support: Assist in drafting proposals, LOIs, and lease agreements in coordination with the leasing team.
· Market Research: Gather competitive intelligence and analyze market trends to refine prospecting efforts.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Leasing Team, Marketing, and Operations to optimize leasing strategies and resident experience.
The Successful Candidate Will Be:
· A strong communicator with skills necessary to build effective relationships with principals, senior pilots, and CMA’s.
· Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· A competitor who loves the feeling of earning wins both individually and with their teammates.
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based applications.
· Enthusiastic about aviation, real estate, and/or high-end customer service.
· Able to travel 40% to manage multiple projects simultaneously and expeditiously.
Your Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Real Estate, Business, Finance, Aviation Management, or related discipline (MBA or MSRE preferred)
· 2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or real estate (aviation or commercial real estate a must).
· Active real estate license (required).
· Coursework or certifications in real estate, leasing, aviation, or capital markets.
· Military or civilian aviation background preferred.
· Strong written and presentation skills.
· Executive presence and communication skills.
· Commitment to Brand & Service standards, with a passion for quality, integrity, and operational excellence.
· Clear and structured communicator capable of building relationships with principals, senior pilots, and C-suite level executives.
Benefits:
· Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses (Full-time position). The baseline range for this position will be $85,000-$100,000 annually, plus a potential performance-based bonus up to 20% of annual salary.
