What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Trimmer position at Sky High Gardens?
Seattle's leading Craft Cannabis company seeking a new team member who enjoys working with cannabis! Resume and cover letter required for consideration. We are conveniently located in Sodo near the light rail station. Experience working with cannabis is preferred, ability to effectively work with your hands is required. Trimming is a delicate task which requires precise movements, finger/hand dexterity and focused attention. A diligent work ethic is a must. We hold ourselves to a high standard, and therefore will ask a lot of you. In return you will become a part of our inclusive, positive workplace. We are a small business, so your contributions will be noticed and you have the ability to make a significant positive impact.
In addition to the primary task of trimming cannabis, this position will periodically require supporting the Sky High Operations and Garden team as well, which is responsible for the movement of product from the garden (harvest) to de-stemming dried cannabis plants (knockdown) to order processing (packaging). There are many steps in between and not every step is spelled out on this job description, so flexibility is important.
We take pride in producing a superior grade product, and are looking for an individual who contributes to our mission. In exchange for your hard work, you will be included in our positive workplace and have an opportunity to grow with the company. Team members are included in a team bonus program (incentive pay) based on production metrics.
