What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreational Sports Coach for Youth position at Sky High Youth Services LLC?
Sky High Youth Services LLC is hosting a summer basketball and soccer program for youth ages 8-13 years old in Gwinnett County, GA. We are looking to hire basketball and soccer coaches to run these programs on the weekends at 9am-11am and 6pm-8pm. You must be detailed oriented in teaching the fundamental skills and organizing leagues/tournaments. You must be friendly to parents and organized! You must have reliable transportation to get to the location and be on time!
All hires will be required to background checks and get your CPR certification.
We pay bi-weekly, and payments are made through direct deposit.

Responsibilities
- Instruct and coach youth in basketball techniques and strategies during summer sports sessions.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that promote skill development and teamwork.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to CPR and first aid protocols.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all children, encouraging participation and sportsmanship.
- Collaborate with other instructors to enhance program offerings and address individual needs.
- Monitor and assess the progress of participants, providing constructive feedback.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
