What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Sky Hospitality Management Llc?
Be part of the newest culinary destination at SkyBeach Resort, where coastal chic meets nostalgic sophistication. Under the direction of Executive Chef Tom Legg, SouthSeas Tapas offers an elevated take on Gulf Coast dining—blending French and Asian coastal influences with a nod to the resort’s 1960s legacy as the iconic Outrigger Inn.
With a seafood-forward menu, refined nautical design, and sweeping marina views, SouthSeas Tapas delivers a one-of-a-kind experience that’s both stylish and rooted in history. We're looking for passionate, hospitality-driven individuals to help bring this exceptional new concept to life.
The responsibility of the bartender is to be able to engage our guests in a fun and spirited way. We value someone who can work hard while still showing a guest focus and hospitable environment. We have curated an eclectic cocktail list and carry a list of wines that pair well with our food menu. We have a ten-seat bar, a lounge area with chaise seating and service well that will service an 85-seat dining room. We are looking for happy bartenders with warm smiles and energetic personalities. Experience is a necessity.
