With a seafood-forward menu, refined nautical design, and sweeping marina views, SouthSeas Tapas delivers a one-of-a-kind experience that’s both stylish and rooted in history. We're looking for passionate, hospitality-driven individuals to help bring this exceptional new concept to life.
The responsibility of the host or hostess is to be the first impression of the restaurant. A warm, welcoming and calm personality is a must. The ability to multi-task while maintaining one on one conversations is imperative. This position is the first aspect of the restaurant for the guests and sets the tone for the rest of the experience. You must be able to be to firm in our policies while creating a welcoming environment. This position will encompass working with our reservation system as well as escorting to and seating our guests at their tables. It is expected to engage the guests while seating and partially explaining the concept of our tapas restaurant efficiently. Answering and phones and taking messages efficiently is also required.
