What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Sky Hospitality Management Llc?
Be part of the newest culinary destination at SkyBeach Resort, where coastal chic meets nostalgic sophistication. Under the direction of Executive Chef Tom Legg, SouthSeas Tapas offers an elevated take on Gulf Coast dining—blending French and Asian coastal influences with a nod to the resort’s 1960s legacy as the iconic Outrigger Inn.
With a seafood-forward menu, refined nautical design, and sweeping marina views, SouthSeas Tapas delivers a one-of-a-kind experience that’s both stylish and rooted in history. We're looking for passionate, hospitality-driven individuals to help bring this exceptional new concept to life.
Server: The responsibility of the server is to maintain a high standard of service while still providing a warm, comforting, and memorable experience. We are looking for teammates who value working in a fun environment that offers our guests the opportunity to relax after a long day in the sun. We have an upscale casual fine dining restaurant that needs a team that will embody that spirit. You must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and carry items that may exceed 40 lbs. You must have a knowledge of alcohol, beer and wine as well as the ability to describe and sell our LBW list. Experience is preferred but not a must.
