Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage floor care duties such as sweeping, and scrubbing to maintain their appearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Maintain cleanliness in areas of the property, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks to ensure efficient operations within the team.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques for effective cleaning and sanitization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
