The role of Construction Project Manager at Sky House is responsible for efficiently operating, leading, and overseeing each phase of a custom construction project. Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Reviewing architectural drawings and engineered plans while understanding the practical applications and concepts associated.
- Implementing a Budget: Maintaining a project budget by performing construction estimating and reviewing all invoices.
- Schedule: Adhere to a construction schedule while actively communicating with the homeowner and subcontractors to sustain a project timeline’s accuracy.
- Communication: Provide exceptional communication skills; adopting superior customer service skills
- Leadership: Ability to effectively manage & lead all construction aspects including: inspections, permitting, purchasing, strategic planning, scheduling, client site visits, and reporting.
Education, Experience, and Competencies:
- 4-year bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 5 years of construction experience, custom home experience preferred
- 5 years of project management experience leading a team
- Customer service skills and experience
- Proficiency with computer software
- Strong organizational Skills
- High attention to detail
- Superior work ethic
