Event Crew Member - Inflatable Rentals

SKY Inflatables & More llc is a fast-growing, fast-paced inflatable rental company specializing in bounce houses, water slides, obstacles courses, interactive games, foam parties, and so much more, for parties, schools, and community events. We're looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-friendly team members to join our crew.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Event Crew Member, you'll be responsible for the delivery, setup, takedown, cleaning, and inspection of inflatable units and party equipment. You'll be the face of SKY Inflatables & More, llc at events, so professionalism and a positive attitude are key!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load and unload inflatables and equipment
- Deliver and setup units at customer locations
- Provide basic customer service and safety instructions
- Clean and sanitize equipment after each use
- Inspect items for damage or wear and report issues.
- Organize warehouse inventory for easy access and loading
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for driving roles)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in outdoor environments
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Weekend and holiday availability is a must.
- Punctual, responsible, and a team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
