Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, maintenance/inspections, unscheduled maintenance requirements, and available workforce at the start of each shift.
- Coordinate maintenance discrepancies and corrections on operational aircraft, minimizing maintenance recovery time.
- Monitor and analyze mechanical problems on the line, taking proactive measures to resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate parts, manpower, and travel arrangements for field repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for outstation aircraft maintenance.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient aircraft availability and equipment changes.
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate.
- Experience with avionics troubleshooting and aircraft systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, maintenance software, and MHIRJ Portal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and safety advocacy.
- Authorization to work in the US.
Preferred:
- CRJ or part 121, 129, or 135 line maintenance experience.
- Previous experience in maintenance control.
