About the Role :
As Associate Director of Maintenance , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our fleet under FAR 135 regulations. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, you’ll oversee field operations, maintain compliance with FAA regulations, and directly support our life-saving mission.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee daily field base activities to ensure compliance and timely AOG repairs.
- Guide field maintenance operations and ensure operational readiness.
- Advise Maintenance Managers on staffing and maintenance activities.
- Keep leadership informed about operational issues.
- Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment.
- Support MEL Program administration and reporting.
- Visit field bases to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic and corrective action programs.
- Collaborate on new base setups and RFP responses.
- Provide recommendations in board meetings and planning sessions.
