We’re looking for an Aircraft Technician / A&P Mechanic to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing aircraft windows. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills, eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Aircraft Maintenance & Repair : Remove and install windows, repair damage, and inspect windows for airworthiness.
- Customer Engagement : Respond to on-call emergencies, build client relationships, and provide airworthiness documentation.
- Administrative & Operations : Maintain part traceability, sign off on work orders, report expenses, and keep the workspace organized.
- Sales & Business Development : Help grow the regional market for window repair services, schedule services, and secure orders.
