Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize CNC programs (3 & 4 axis) using CAD / CAM software.
- Assist with fixture design and machine setup, including tooling selection and calibration.
- Test programs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality fabrication on CNC mills, lathes, and other machinery.
- Perform manual machining tasks and inspect parts with precision tools.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams, perform routine maintenance, and suggest process improvements.
