Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary financial partner to divisional leadership, providing financial insights and performance updates.
- Lead the annual operating plan , monthly forecast , and month-end close process .
- Oversee capital budgeting strategy and planning , ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate investments, cost drivers, and operational trends.
- Support divisional capital planning and provide financial consultation for capital expenditure requests.
- Partner with key stakeholders such as American Airlines Regional Finance / Capital and PSA’s Shared Services Organization (SSO) to ensure financial compliance.
- Lead, develop, and mentor finance and payroll teams , identifying strengths and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses of capital investments to assess financial performance against projections.
- Provide financial and analytical support during commercial contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Maintenance Planning teams to align labor and provisioning forecasts with budget targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive performance , applying insights to enhance financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with Safety Management System (SMS) requirements for the Finance department.
