What You’ll Do :
- Oversee and perform aircraft, engine, and avionics maintenance to ensure top-tier safety and reliability.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance personnel, providing training and guidance to support their growth.
- Develop and enforce maintenance policies, safety rules, and operational procedures.
- Maintain FAA-compliant records and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ground support equipment.
- Work closely with flight operations to coordinate maintenance activities efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with Minimum Equipment List (MEL) procedures and all aviation safety standards.
- Maintain aviation hangar and office facilities to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
