Sustaining & Quality Engineer | Aurora, OR

Full-Time | $90,000 - $105,000

We’re looking for a Sustaining & Quality Engineer to help optimize and improve our aviation products. In this role, you’ll focus on enhancing aircraft designs and manufacturing processes to ensure top-notch quality and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Problem-Solve & Ensure Quality : Resolve design and manufacturing issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Materials & Testing : Replace obsolete components, execute validation tests, and collaborate on testing efforts.
  • Engineering Support : Perform analyses, calculate failure rates, and prepare technical documentation.
  • Collaboration & Training : Support teams, mentor new engineers, and train production associates.

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience : Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Skills : Proficient in engineering prints, GD&T, aerospace standards, and mechanical / electrical properties.
  • Additional Skills : Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D methodologies.
