Retail Team Lead Associate

Sky King Fireworks of Stuart, FL is seeking a full-time year-round Retail Team Lead Associate to aid in the day to day operations of the store. Our Team Leaders deliver critical support to our management staff & seasonal associates while aiding in our warehouse & store merchandising operations. This position will also deliver the highest standards of customer service.

Pay Rate:Starting at $14.00

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Opening & closing store duties
• Stocking-merchandising, warehousing products- use of pallet jack/dolly to transport products into warehouse/showroom
• Aiding in receiving & sorting of shipments- organizing backroom stock & assessing showroom merchandising needs
• Comfortable working outdoors receiving shipmentsin various weather conditions as needed
• Lifting bulk product cases during shipping/receiving. Standing &bendingfor extended periods of time
• Customer service & sales
• General cleaning and store maintenance duties
• Operate a point of sale system - processing credit & cash payments
• All other duties assigned by management
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stand and/or lift 25-45 lbs for extended periods of time
• 1-2 years Retail/Customer service experience
• Leadership and/or supervisory experience a plus
• Able to work nights and weekends/flexible schedule
• Must be available to work extended hours during the months of May/June/July & December(June 27th through July 5th& Dec. 26ththrough January 2ndmandatory work dates)
  
  

Working hours as follows:

• 32 hours per week
• Estimated 40 hours per week May-July 5th (Overtime shifts are required during busy season)
• December 1 - December 31 hours will increase for New Year's holiday (32 hours per week)
