This position will receive, store and issue materials, equipment and other items from the warehouse, storage yard, unload shipments from trucks and load shipments for delivery. The position will require accurate record keeping, inventory control and computer skills.

Experience/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of forklift experience required (scissor lift, sit down & standup).
- Basic mathematics required.
- Must have experience moving large items of steel.
- Ability to lift or maneuver up to 65 pounds.
- MS Word and Excel are required.
- Experience with shipping and warehouse software (StarShip experience a plus).
- Manufacturing/Warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies and moves proper materials to be placed into production area, warehouse or for shipping.
- Loads and unloads truck shipments in a safe and efficient manner.
- Organizes and palletizes materials efficiently and moves materials with a forklift.
- Maintain and record accurate inventory. Ensure items being delivered and shipped are recorded correctly.
- Maintains a clean, uncluttered, and safe work area.
- Collaborate and communicate with other team members. Work closely with production employees.
- Prepare invoices and shipping materials.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
