As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing merchant relationships and driving sales. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, set up and manage accounts, and conduct product demos. Your outgoing personality and sales experience will help you effectively showcase our SaaS solutions, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchant Relationship Management:
- Handle inbound inquiries from merchants and coaches.
- Answer all questions related to setting up and managing their accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
Sales and Product Demos:
- Conduct product demos by jumping on calls to showcase out software and platform.
- Explain the funding process and benefits of our products.
- Guide potential clients through the decision-making process.
Communication and Collaboration:
