Sky Power Wash is looking for a highly organized, experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations at our growing service-based business. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep a service business running efficiently.
About the Role
As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our operations—overseeing customer communication, scheduling, invoicing, and team coordination. Your expertise in managing an office in the service industry will be key to optimizing workflows and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering excellent service
- Oversee scheduling of service jobs and sales appointments, ensuring efficient routes and minimal downtime
- Manage invoicing, reporting, and light bookkeeping (experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus)
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team coordination
- Maintain office organization and inventory
- Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
Who You Are
- Experienced – 2 years in an office management or operations role within a service-based business (home services, construction, or related industries preferred)
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – You keep schedules, records, and workflows running smoothly
- Strong Communicator – Confident in customer interactions and team coordination
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling software, and QuickBooks (or eager to learn)
- Problem-Solver – You anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Nights or Weekends
