Job Summary
The Aviation Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of aviation operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing a team of aviation professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate various functions within the aviation department. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of aircraft maintenance and operational procedures while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

Duties

  • Supervise and manage aviation staff, including service technicians and maintenance crews.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards in aviation operations.
  • Oversee aircraft maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate flight operations and logistics.
  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills in aircraft maintenance and operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Implement best practices for operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of service quality.

Skills

  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages such as Japanese, Chinese, or Korean is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent mathematical skills for analyzing data related to aviation operations.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communication in a diverse work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detail-oriented tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality outcomes.

Pay: $89,870.00 - $94,516.00 per year
