Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team at Sky Rider Equipment Co., Inc. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn about the manufacturing and servicing of facade access systems while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional quality and service in the high-rise construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and installation of facade access systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Learn to operate various tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- ·Load tools and materials prior to job visits.
- Stock tools and materials to job sites.
- Gain knowledge about safety protocols and best practices within the industry.
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills related to facade access systems and building maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skills to be an Installer at Sky Rider's standard.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles is beneficial but not required.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
