Job Description :
- Work within a 38-bed unit with a total staff of 73.
- Collaborate with a night shift team, including 1 charge nurse, 7-9 RNs, and 2-3 medical support technicians.
- Maintain patient ratios of 4-5 for both day and night shifts.
- Utilize equipment such as lifts, dynamap, and cardiac monitoring equipment.
- Operate within an EMR system, specifically Meditech.
- Perform typical unit procedures like cardiac drips, cardiac catheterizations, and s / p VATS.
- Contribute to a team-oriented and positive work environment.
- Benefit from new lift equipment, imobile technology, and flexible self-scheduling options as allowed.
