- Partners with Property Marketing team and other internal operations departments to both shape and tell the stories of Sky River.
- Organizes public appearances, press conferences, and other events to promote the organization.
- Plans and executes community engagement activities to foster positive relationships with local communities.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of PR strategies with business objectives.
- Prepares and distributes press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Monitors and analyzes media coverage and PR campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports to executive leadership.
- Represents the company at public events, conferences, and community functions.
- Mentors and develops internal communications staff, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Stays updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve PR strategies.
- Coordinates crisis communication strategies and manages the Company's response to public relations issues.
- 8 years of relevant public relations experience, with 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Prior experience in the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of energy and output.
