What are the responsibilities and job description for the Players Club Representative position at Sky River Casino?
The Players Club Representative is responsible for performing Player Services' and/or bus marketing daily activities including but not limited to rewards redemption and guest service creates a winning atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
- Greets all guests at the Players' Club and/or bus lobby.
- Processes Players' Club applications.
- Distributes rewards to Players' Club members as indicated.
- Provides feedback to marketing department on specific issues as they relate to the club and to the guests.
- Assists in execution of promotions, programs and drawings as requested by supervisory staff.
- Receives direction from marketing department and effectively communicate to guest.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year experience in guest service, gaming preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing program and/or ability to learn.
- Proficient with Microsoft office Suite or related software; and related
- player system software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Ability to work with/for multiple employees.
