What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valet Runner position at Sky River Casino?
The Valet Runner is responsible for serving as ambassadors for the Casino and providing assistance to guests with parking and retrieving their cars in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
- Upholds and complies with Casino standards at all times.
- Assist all arriving and departing guests of the Casino by properly handling their vehicles.
- Provides information to guests and patrons regarding Casino facilities and directions.
- Process tags for vehicle pickup and delivery and provide coat check and scooter rental when needed
- Operates and park both automatic and stick shift vehicles.
- Follows all cash handling procedures.
- Checks the vehicle for damages
- Assists guests in giving directions within the Casino.
- Asks for feedback and guest experience.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Trade school and/or training helpful.
- Prior experience in guest service preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a clean driver license.
- Demonstrates consistent regard and dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues, and the Company by being engaged, interested and productive.

- Places the guest's experience and safety at the forefront of every decision.
- Ability to work independently or as a team to complete job tasks.
