Position Title : Business Analysis Lead
Location : Remote within the USA
Note : US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
Overview :
We are hiring a Business Analysis Lead with at least 8 years of relevant experience to oversee discovery, requirements elicitation, and documentation activities for federal projects. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with federally governed delivery approaches while incorporating industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead discovery sessions to gather and analyze business and system requirements.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Provide guidance on best practices for requirements management and traceability.
- Ensure compliance with federally governed delivery frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
Qualifications :
Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
