Job Requisition: Lead MuleSoft Developer
Location: Hybrid 505 Hudson Street, Hartford, CT 06106
On-site: Hybrid 2 days every 2 weeks or 1 day/week on-site required Overview
The Client is seeking an experienced Lead MuleSoft Developer to support the modernization of the State s child welfare information systems (CCIWS/SACWIS). This includes maintaining and enhancing MuleSoft interfaces and supporting Salesforce integration within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of API solutions using MuleSoft. Maintain and support production MuleSoft interfaces and processes. Integrate MuleSoft with Salesforce and other systems. Participate in full SDLC: requirements gathering, design, testing, documentation, deployment, and support. Ensure quality assurance for data exchange processes. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to junior team members. Collaborate with System Integrators to facilitate knowledge transfer and support. Support system migrations from legacy to modern platforms. Develop reusable software components and enforce coding best practices. Required Skills and Experience 5 years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience (mandatory). 10 years working within Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Strong experience integrating MuleSoft with Salesforce. Proficiency in MuleSoft deployment best practices. Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps and Team Foundation version control. Proficiency in: C#, Java, JavaScript, JQuery XML, JSON, XSLT Web services (REST, SOAP, WCF) .NET Framework Knowledge of SQL Server and DB2, including complex queries and stored procedures. Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure Service Bus Advanced SQL Server skills, including stored procedures, views, and functions. Administrative Requirements Security/Privacy: Must comply with DCF background check and NDA requirements.
Background Verification: Must complete the DCF background check package via InfoCubic, including: Criminal records (county, statewide, federal) Employment & education verification Sex offender and civil court records 10-panel urine drug screening Motor vehicle records (MVR) Social Security verification Location Requirements Candidates must be local to Connecticut or willing to relocate or commute. Hybrid work schedule with 1 2 on-site days per 2 weeks required.
Salary : $50 - $60
