Position Title : Technical Lead
Location : DMV Area (Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia)
Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience to oversee the delivery of technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements for federal projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven leadership in delivering solutions within a federal environment, with preference for candidates experienced in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Act as the primary technical authority, guiding the team in aligning solutions with stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with program and product management leads to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices in software development, system architecture, and technical documentation.
- Address and resolve technical challenges promptly to ensure project continuity and success.
- Lead technical reviews, including validation of compliance with federal standards and industry benchmarks.

Expertise in systems engineering, software development, or technical architecture.
