Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team, focusing on case management systems and related healthcare program solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users, stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring the effective gathering, tracking, and analysis of requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of business processes, and experience in creating comprehensive process models and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical architects to define business and technical strategies.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create detailed process models, diagrams, and related documentation to support project implementation and decision-making.
• Leverage digital platform tools such as Camunda, Appian, Bizagi, ServiceNOW, Workday, Salesforce, AWS, and Azure to streamline business processes and meet project needs.
• Communicate complex technical and business concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare program policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to healthcare program solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, preferably within healthcare or government projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Proven ability to create process models, diagrams, and other technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as Camunda, Appian, Bizagi, ServiceNOW, Workday, Salesforce, AWS, and Azure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of healthcare program policies and regulations, particularly those focused on program integrity.
• Relevant certifications, such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CSPO.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions independently.
