Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Medicaid SME to provide expert guidance on Medicaid policies, processes, and technology for our CMS project. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of Medicaid programs, CMS regulations, and federal healthcare policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on Medicaid policies, regulations, and program operations.
- Guide the development and implementation of Medicaid-related solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal guidelines.
- Assist in system modernization efforts for Medicaid eligibility, claims, and enrolment systems.
- Conduct policy analysis and provide recommendations for program enhancements.
- Support RFP responses and technical solutioning for Medicaid projects.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in Medicaid policy, operations, or systems.
- Strong understanding of CMS guidelines and federal Medicaid regulations.
- Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) or CMS enterprise solutions.
- Prior experience in federal healthcare agencies (e.g., CMS, HHS) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
