Position Title : Product Management Lead
Location : Remote
Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Product Management Lead with at least 12 years of relevant experience to manage and oversee product delivery within a federally governed framework. This role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of product management principles and experience aligning federal delivery approaches with industry best practices. Candidates with experience in the Department of Homeland Security (Client) or other federal environments are preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all product management activities, ensuring compliance with federally governed delivery approaches.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize requirements in alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Integrate industry best practices into the product development lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product management activities, collaborating with technical and program leads.
- Monitor product development progress and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure the product aligns with both functional and operational requirements.
