Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Application Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and configuring the Intelligrants platform to meet specific agency requirements, in collaboration with the application architect and database administrator. This position will primarily focus on the design and implementation of disaster recovery grant management solutions using Intelligrants for the State s Disaster Recovery Unit (OCD DRU).
Key Responsibilities:
Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Intelligrants coding to provide agency-specific functionality tailored to disaster recovery grants management needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the application architect and application database administrator to assist the State in designing and implementing Intelligrants solutions for OCD DRU, taking into account the complexity of the State s use.
Disaster Recovery Grant Management: Design, implement, and maintain Intelligrants functionality specifically for the management of disaster recovery grants in alignment with State requirements.
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the configuration and performance of Intelligrants, ensuring optimal functionality.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documentation for any customization or configuration performed, including any future modifications or updates needed.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customizations and configurations are thoroughly tested and validated to ensure they meet agency and state requirements for disaster recovery grant management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with Intelligrants: Extensive experience working with the Intelligrants grant management software, including an understanding of its architecture and capabilities.
Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages required to customize and configure the Intelligrants platform.
Disaster Recovery Grants Knowledge: Familiarity with disaster recovery processes and grant management requirements for government and state agencies.
Collaboration & Communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application architects and database administrators, to design and implement technical solutions.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of custom configurations and system functionality.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience working in disaster recovery and grants management solutions.
Certification or formal training in Intelligrants or related technologies.
