Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the design, configuration, and implementation of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management. The ideal candidate will work closely with program staff, IT teams, and leadership to define business needs, document requirements, and ensure successful system configuration and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on the complexity of State use.
- Collaborate with OCD DRU program staff to gather and document system configuration requirements.
- Work closely with the Applications Program Manager to articulate and document business needs related to Intelligrants.
- Applications Programmers and Testers, in developing use cases to ensure quality assurance and user acceptance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Intelligrants grant management software.
- Ability to assess and improve the operational use of Intelligrants.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience working with IT teams to develop and implement system configurations.
Salary : $38 - $42
