Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. This role will focus primarily on UI/UX design, with occasional support in designing marketing materials and branding assets. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for crafting intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. No coding is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, iterating based on feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business needs into polished designs.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Occasionally assist with marketing materials, social media graphics, print materials, and branding elements.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to improve workflows and enhance the user experience.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Figma (including prototyping and design systems).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for occasional marketing and branding work.
- Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory in digital design.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and related projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic familiarity with UX principles and user research methods.
- Some exposure to design for marketing/branding purposes.
