Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees. Resposible for all coding and build website and app. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Build website and mobile app
- Assist with network setup and maintenance, including routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Manage social media marketing
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance tasks
- Document IT procedures and create user guides as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in IT support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of desktop support principles and practices
- Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) for system configuration management
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and perform software installations
- Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
