As an accounting assistant, you are responsible for clerical duties that impact the accounting operations of the companies. You will provide efficient and effective processing of day to day accounting duties including data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, filing and document management, reconciliation and general ledger review, communication with vendors, and other office duties. Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are accuracy and timeliness of data entry and month end items, as well as establishing and maintaining professional relationships with co-workers. The ability to collaborate with others using your knowledge and skills will help drive the company’s success. You may be asked things you do not know, however you will have direct access to an experienced network to help lead the way.

Requirements
Goals and Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for AP and AR transaction entry
- Handle check printing and cash/check deposits for banking
- Assist in banking transactions as directed
- Assist in month-end duties
- Assist in invoice, customer service, collecting, and other duties in RV Loans Program
- Complete account reconciliations, analyze data, and identify corrective actions
- Handle in office filing and document management
- Complete all tasks through established accounting processes and maintain internal controls
- Lead projects and tasks as directed
- Perform other related duties as directed
Required Technical /Other Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative work
- Accounting background or experience a plus
- Quickbooks and/or Netsuite experience preferred
