Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Empower & Lead: Inspire and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while embodying the core leadership values of humility, discernment, and initiative.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Oversee resort operations, ensuring top-tier customer service and smooth daily functions.
- Drive Revenue: Collaborate with marketing to increase occupancy and promote resort offerings.
- Manage Budgets: Optimize expenses and maximize profitability while maintaining outstanding service.
- Property Excellence: Ensure the resort is well-maintained, safe, and up to brand standards.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with guests, seasonal residents, and the local community.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of property management, hospitality, or resort leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial success
- Sales & Marketing Savvy to attract and retain guests
- Passion for Hospitality and a commitment to top-tier guest service
- Creative Problem-Solver with strong leadership and negotiation skills
- General knowledge of maintenance, accounting, and HR best practices
