Responsibilities：
- Generating new sales prospects through proactive outreach via cold emails, cold calls, and following up on leads
- Engaging with customers to gain insights into their needs and preferences, and uncovering potential sales opportunities
- Addressing customer inquiries and issues, and providing relevant information and solutions via phone and email communication
- Presenting and showcasing the benefits, features, and functionality of products and services through clear explanations and demonstrations
- Executes communication plan for rollout of new product initiatives
