Event Host

Overview

Sky Zone is the world's leading active entertainment venue. When you join the team, you join the FUN! Who doesn't LOVE a party? You get paid to throw parties / events. You must SMILE and be great with kids of all ages. Our Event Host will work with kids and adults to create a fun and engaging experience for event guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while upholding Sky Zone safety regulations. During a typical event, for example, the Host will greet / check-in party guests and verify waiver compliance, set up / clean up party rooms promptly, serve food and beverages, etc. The Event Host will also be expected to assist with cleaning the facility common areas as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prefer ages 16 and older
• Have a positive and upbeat attitude
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Interact with and communicate clearly to all guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle money accurately
• Ability to handle and resolve problems

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet our guests enthusiastically
• Provide complete information to the event participants
• Room set up before the event and clean up once the event has ended
• Clean all items used during the event
• Attend to the needs of all participants during the event
• Serve food and beverage to guests

Our Events Team makes every party an experience to cherish and remember. You are the face of special events for our guests, from the moment they walk in the door all the way to singing Happy Birthday and serving the cake!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
