Responsibilities
All positions require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. You will be expected to provide a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.
Requirements
- You must be 16 years of age or older (18 for Team Leaders).
- You should be comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
- You need to be able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required.
- Customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus.
- You should be able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
- You must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
Compensation
The starting hourly rate is $12.65 and may vary based on qualifications and experience.
