We are looking for an experienced manager to join our operations team in directing and overseeing various functions of the Trampoline Park including: maintaining a safe and functional operating environment, monitoring daily operations, and other duties as assigned. Ultimately, the goals of the position are tied to guest satisfaction and safety along with operational efficiency that results in profitable sales.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth
· Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals
· Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
· Provide exceptional customer service and guest safety
· Create and manage daily process to optimize operational efficiency
· Execute on marketing goals to spread awareness of Sky Zone
· Perform daily managerial tasks, such as open and close facility, assist with internal facility maintenance.
· Build and maintain the Sky Zone vison and culture that embraces and ensures guest safety and satisfaction
· Be a “Community Ambassador” for Sky Zone
· Assist in driving group sales and corporate events
· Identify and research new revenue streams, ways to engage and be relevant in our community
· Assist with inventory, ordering, and pick up from vendors
· Hiring, Training and Scheduling.
Basic Qualifications:
· Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays
· High school diploma
· 2 years of customer service
· 2 years of supervisor or leadership roles
· Proven leader and mentor
· Demonstrate leadership in a customer eccentric environment
· Must love engaging with the community (that means kids, teens, young to older adults)
Preferred Qualifications:
· First Aid and CPR certified
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· 2 year minimum of managerial experience in related field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
