Sales Position Guidelines - Overview The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following Cold Calling – making unsolicited phone calls with the goal of generating leads, setting appointments, or making sales , use school district websites, googling local churches and camps. following up with all groups we have engaged with. There should be a comprehensive log detailing our discussions and the current status of each group, including their likelihood of booking. Should be confident and approachable when interacting with new people over the phone and email. Follow up with booked groups to secure payments, confirm details, and obtain participant lists. Sales Position Responsibilities- Overview The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following Answer phone calls and serve as the primary point of contact for anyone reaching out to the park. Answer/Return calls that come into the park inquiring about group bookings. Confirm and review all birthday party details via phone and email. Organize the park in preparation for weekly events. Assist with daily administrative tasks at the park as assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English and excellent customer service skills
- Effective collaboration with sales teams and outstanding communication abilities
- Proven experience in negotiation and B2B sales
- Familiarity with telemarketing and technology sales strategies
- Proficient in using Salesforce and other CRM software
- Background in business development, outbound calling, and marketing techniques
