Overview
A skilled SAP Business Analyst specializing in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) is required at our company. This role is crucial for supporting the organization's HR processes through effective use of the SAP HCM module, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, providing ongoing system support, and troubleshooting, and collaborating with our company' subsidiaries across North America. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience and proficiency in SAP HCM.
Responsibilities

System Administration
- Administer and maintain SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Benefits, and other HR-related modules.
- Ensure system performance, security, and access controls are compliant with company policies and industry standards.
Configuration & Customization
- Configure SAP HCM system settings based on business requirements, including employee master data management, schema, reporting, and workflows.
- Customize and enhance the system to align with organizational changes, HR processes, and best practices.
Collaboration with Subsidiaries
- Work closely with subsidiaries across North America to align HR systems and processes.
- Provide support and training to subsidiary teams on SAP HCM usage and best practices.
Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement
- Continuously analyze and optimize HR processes within SAP HCM to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance system performance.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP HCM users, resolving technical issues and answering inquiries related to system functionality.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements or updates.
System Integration
- Ensure smooth integration of SAP HCM with other enterprise systems (e.g., BSI-Tax Factory, Paylocity, Time Keeping System, etc.).
- Monitor data transfer between SAP HCM and other platforms to ensure data integrity and consistency.
User Training & Documentation
- Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP HCM functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and FAQs.
System Upgrades & Enhancements
- Stay current with new SAP HCM features and releases; evaluate and implement system upgrades or new features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within SAP HCM.
Requirements

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience working with SAP HCM, with a strong focus on system administration, configuration, and support
- Proven experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, Payroll, Benefit, and Time Management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM architecture including Time and Payroll Management (PCR, Schema, Function/Operation) configurations along with FI integration
- Expertise in US payroll, US taxes, garnishments, and benefits
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP Portal, or other SAP front-end technologies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they are mapped in SAP HCM.
Preferred Education & Experience
- More than 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive part or manufacturing corporation.
- Familiarity with other HR software and tools.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Korean).
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
- SAP certification in HCM (Human Capital Management) or related modules.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Working Conditions
This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, system customization, data analysis, documentation, training and support, system upgrades, compliance adherence, integration with other SAP modules, and developing reports and dashboards. Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
