As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation. You’ll collaborate with top brands across industries, leveraging cutting-edge tools and a network of influencers with audiences ranging from 5K to 7.5M . What You’ll Do:
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with new clients and enterprise accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing decision-makers at top brands.
- Use a consultative sales approach to showcase SkyBox’s platform and the measurable impact of influencer marketing.
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue goals, driving the adoption of SkyBox Media’s innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Objection handling win % for newer players in emerging markets.
- Consistently initiated and closed deals for ACV of $15k without sales support.
- Successful track record of hiring quota attaining BDRs and building a team.
- 8 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or marketing technology.
- Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise clients (organizations with 1,000 employees).
- Strong ability to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Veteran with managing talent with loyal BDRs, and works efficiently with customer success team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to marketing teams or working within influencer marketing, advertising, or media industries.
- Comfort in building C-level relationships and multi-threading across organizations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven sales strategies.
