We are seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technicians responsible for understanding and completing all steps necessary to comply with assigned maintenance work scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work complies with company policies, manufacturer’s maintenance manuals, and FAA regulations.
- Document and correct maintenance discrepancies.
- Notify the Lead Mechanic of issues with parts, materials, workmanship, or airworthiness.
- Provide detailed work progression reports for shift turnovers.
- Properly tag and store aircraft components, parts, and panels.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and operational work environment.
- Have sufficient hand tools to perform duties.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Lead Mechanic.
- Be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Travel up to 25% as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with FAR 135 and/or 145 policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe.
- Ability to interpret aircraft technical data.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Team player with the ability to achieve goals collaboratively.
- Availability for foreign and domestic travel.

Requirements:
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Preferred experience with Gulfstream, Bombardier, or Citation aircraft, though experience with commercial or wide-body regional aircraft is also acceptable.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and line maintenance experience are highly preferred.
- Personal tools and toolbox required.
- Proof of USA Citizenship is required
