SkyBridge Aviation is hiring for a maintenance lead in Denton Texas
The maintenance lead will be responsible for overseeing and driving operational excellence for the corporate and general aircraft fleet.
The position will be a 6 month contract to direct hire with client.
Description
- Supervise all active aircraft maintenance workloads and resources.
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management on quality, compliance, training, and safety policies.
- Manage costs and operate team efficiently.
Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years experience in managing workgroups, including scheduling and planning.
- 10 years of verifiable hands-on experience in repair, maintenance, overhaul, or manufacturing of executive business jets.
- Documented experience leading aircraft maintenance teams.
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and federal/state safety regulations.
Competitive pay base off of years of experience and a per diem split within the pay package if you qualify.
A phone screen and/or an in person interview with client will be required for all qualified candidates.
Shift will be Monday through Friday
Salary : $40 - $60
