Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during labor and delivery
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• RN License
• BLS Certification
• Experience working in Labor and Delivery preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
