Job Description
At SkyBridge Healthcare Home Health & Hospice, we are seeking a highly skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our hospice care team in Pembroke, North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary hospice team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and provide appropriate interventions and referrals as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and interventions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of North Carolina.
- Experience working in hospice care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
